Boy... these are always tough to judge by photographs because of the massive number of fakes. Some are of very good quality too.

Does the seller routinely deal in ancient coins? What is the size and weight?

If authentic, it may have the following attribution:

KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III. 336-323 BC. AR Tetradrachm, uncertain mint (in Cilicia?). Struck circa 325-320 BC, struck under Philotas or Philoxenos. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress / BASILEWS ALEXANDROU, Zeus seated left, holding eagle and sceptre, wreath before; DI under throne. References: Price 2949

I definitely see evidence of metal flow in the obverse, indicating this is a struck coin at the very least. Unless anyone can produce evidence of modern dies, your coin may be genuine indeed.

Size and weight seem good too.

@TIF is correct about the number of fakes of these issues, but I see nothing that screams fake. I believe, depending on the seller and the price, I would be very tempted to buy this coin

I'm on the fence about this coin. In the side views, the cracks look somewhat "filled", like a cast.

I didn't see any matching fakes in Forvm's database or in forgerynetwork, but that's not definitive.

I hope other people with more experience will weigh in.

Its from the Side mint in Present day Turkey, TIF already gave the correct Price number 2949. Nice coin , can't see anything wrong with it.
Side had one of the most productive mints at the time.
