George Washington with a runny nose

    Got this today (along with a fair amount of others) but this is standing out to me as some kind of error. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the issue is! A flawed planchet? Something got into the dies? Maybe old Georgie just had a sinus infection? I'm stumped! Any opinions on what this might be? It is raised from the field and not PMD, as far as i can tell.     I'd say a bad cold or sinus infection.

    Is that the same quarter in both pics? Looks like in the second photo he wiped his nose and sneezed. :D
