2016 silver eagle gold plated

I recently purchased 3 of these from a friend. Tried to find some info online and no luck. Did the US mint produce eagles with gold plating? Is this mint packaging? What is the estimated value? Thanks

They sell them for about $80.00. A complete rip off IMHO!
