Anybody know where this coin was made. I've tried to find it but have had no luck. It's made of copper and is 22 mm in diameter.
Thanks for taking the time to respond. Mike. MVC-385S.JPG

This is a liard struck for the prince-bishopric of Liege in nowadays Belgium.
The legends say: I THEODORUS DG D BAV = Johann Theodor by the grace of God duke in Bavaria, and EP ET PRIN LEO DUX B M F C L H = bishop and prince of Liege, duke of Bouillon, marquis of Franchimont, count of Loon and Horn

    It is this guy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johann_Theodor_of_Bavaria

The 5 shields represent the titles: the middle shield is the one from Liege, with a perron, a monument of freedom, the upper one is from Bouillon, the right one with lions is from Franchimont, the lower one with horns from Horn and the left one from Loon. The other arms are the arms of the prince-bishop, with the Bavarian rhombus-pattern, together with the sword (prince) and crozier (bishop)

Looks like it may be a 5 over 4 overdate, at least it appears from the small photo that there is part of a 4 sticking out the right side of the 5.
