Well I wouldn't call it cherry picking when someone throws a $40-70 graded error into a junk bin. I call it Stupid for the dealers part.......and the Luck of the Irish on mine. As far as the will goes well that "Depends" key word [Depends] as who ever is changing mine at "The End" will most likely have earned some nice coins. But you're lucky Heavy as no one is in line yet....... unless you want the #1 & #2 spot.
Dealer probably saw Washington dollar, ICG slab, not a 67 or better coin, and chucked it in the bargain box without reading the rest of the label that said it was a plain edge.
