    What is it? I am half inclined to go with dryer coin, the second half wants to say PMD. It weighs 10.9g.

    Thinking the same thing. It still has a good majority of the reeding, usually a good sign of PMD is the third side.

    Hmm, and I thought that there were only 2 sides. Never thought of it that way...

    It is still chalked up as damage of some sort.
    The third side is usually a starting point for me when trying to decide a coins issue. I think it was a dryer coin, or someone just having a hay day destroying a half dollar.
