2 Errors, 1 Lincoln Cent!

Found CRH this morning! I was excited since I have found several of these in the past month. Soon to find out there is also a Die Clash!

Neat coin! It appears to be a later die state than the one shown at Cuds-on-coins.com, yours seems to have a larger break. It is fun to see that these types of coins are still in the wild.

 

Nice! Quite possibly the two go hand in hand, the dies slamming together may have started the damage resulting in the cud.

 

Your photos aren't clear enough, have you checked to see if there is a partial date in the clash?

 

I don't quite understand what your asking? Date in the clash?

 

The most valuable clashes show either rty or more or a date on the reverse. The date clash is much rarer. Some of them can be minor. A 1 and a partial 9. A full date is hard to find I think that I have an early die stage 2 number clash. Your coin has a multiple clash event.
