Bought my first ones today. $1 coins of P,D of 5 recent presidents. I assume you guys buy these all the time but first for me. Couple of decades in a safe deposit box and my descendants can enjoy. In a couple of months I'll see how far back in time I can buy. They were out of Truman and Ike's.

You can buy any of them on eBay for a small premium. Be careful about saying you're keeping rolls unopened because people on here think I'm crazy for saving rolls. I have hundreds of OBW rolls put up for my Grand kids if they decide they want to search. I buy mine when they come out that particular year from the bank at face. I have also traded with others and have rolls from the 50's to date.

Thank goodness no. For an Anglo, something like that would create more problems than I need......... devil.gif

Ill check eBay for a few rolls but I thought those guys searched rolls than rerolled. Space is limited. Mainly interested in the low production coins. Kennedys after 2002 and presidents after 2012.

I'm not recommending the wheat cent rolls that have barber dimes on the ends or civil war tokens because those are seeded rolls. There are legitimate rolls sold every day look for bank wrapped solid date rolls or mint wrapped solid date rolls. Those are generally the real thing and only carry a small premium over face depending on date.
