Newer Anacs slab, I consider it accurately graded but would like to see what others think. Also would you buy this coin (theoretically speaking) ? 1834 bust quarter O.jpg 1834 bust quarter R.jpg

I'm with @green18. Complete details with wear on all of the high points.

I wish the hits in the fields weren't there!

I would buy that coin, at VF20-25, if it wasn't slabbed. I wouldn't pay VF35 value for that coin. I agree with grade.

@redcent230 @brandon spiegel, How did you guys do in school? The teacher posted the answer and you still failed! :(

My mother always said, you gotta read the entire question/thread before you answer the question.

I'm amazed to see that I was able to guess VF35 before seeing the actual grade! I must be learning....

Edit: while you didn't solicite the variety, it appears to be B-3, which is an R.3 (scarce) variety. I like the shield clash marks by Liberty's ear!

That's cool to know. I was just looking back, I bought this raw on ebay in 2012 for $97.14. Thanks for all the input!

What is the line between the 25 on the reverse ? It almost looks like an ! mark.
