Seated Lib quarter year ID

    Man, I'm having real issues trying to figure out the year on this one. I'm 100% sure it's 186-, but not sure what that last number is.
    I'm hoping its a 66, 67, 68, or 69, which would make it worth my while.

    Could you show us the reverse to see if there is a motto?

    Man, I can't believe I didnt think of something so obvious.

    No motto. After a bunch more hemming and hawing, I'm about 70% sure it's an 1864. Bummer!

    Comparing size, shape, and spacing, I've concluded it's an 1864.
    Congrats on such an expensive date.

    Man, I wish it was an 1866. But oh well, considering the fact that I spent $3.26 on the coin... I guess I made out pretty well :)

    one of those "sloppy seconds" lots of cull and low grade coins. Came with two undateable seated half dimes, an undateable three cent piece, and two barely ID'able half dimes. But I spent less on the whole lot than I can maybe sell this one coin for, so I won!
