I just bought that last night. I think it has the ideal look for a circ.

Made a few additions to the Giveaway Gallery overnight- and I’m not done yet. So the selection is growing.

I would first like to thank you for offering something like this! I am brand new here and have never seen anything like this free giveaway before, and I think it is a fantastic idea. I look forward to getting to the point where I will be able to do something like this and pay it forward.

With that said, as I am most drawn to Morgan dollars, I would opt for the 1896 Morgan if I am chosen. Thank you again!

I felt the same way. I handpicked that one out of hundreds I saw on eBay.

masterswimmer A Caretaker, can't take it with me

Thanks, Pam. That's very kind of you. Please understand that this coin wouldn't complete my FEC series. It would however give me the satisfaction of knowing I have an 1856 cent in my collection. Albeit, not the 1856 FEC.

If this changes your decision to enter on my behalf, please do so. I'd understand, and believe me, it would be with no hard feelings. :)

    Thanks again!

No it’s ok and I did read that the other would cost $5000 so hey, you add this one on your books! Very welcome! :)

Wow another year and another amazing contest. I'm super excited about this one because if I win I want at that 1937 King Farouk.

I'm a huge fan of egyptian history and mythology to the point that I have a large tattoo on my left upper arm of the Goddess Isis, the Pyramids of Giza, and an Ankh.

Fingers crossed - and best of luck to everyone.

I'm all in for the 1856 large date cent.
Seeing how I'm building this collection for my son. I'm focusing on cents. I finally showed him his collection in the works last night.

But which prize? Your prize choice doesn’t have to be set in stone- you can always change your mind after the drawing. But I do like folks to pick something up front, to get an idea of what everybody likes.

I just added a nice Franklin half (PCGS MS64 FBL) to the Giveaway Gallery.

I've been on a little bit of a shopping spree lately, to spice up the giveaway offerings, in the interest of having a more interesting and wider selection of prizes for y'all to choose from. It's just as much fun doing the shopping for that as I would have had shopping for my own collection.
