Why is it reversed? Still not a DDO. Look for split serif's that is when the dollar becomes significant. It might have some die deterioration to make it look thick, I don't see it.
Friendly advice - stop using a microscope to inspect coins. You're going to see all kinds of things that "appear to be special" and in fact they are not. I would suggest a quality loupe between 6x-10x. Then if you find something interesting take a closer look under the scope. I used a scope hooked to my computer for a bit and I was seeing stuff that just wasn't there, or made no difference.
I agree with @Jeepfreak81 …. I used to use a microscope, but it quickly became a 5 megapixel camera that couldn’t photograph anything larger than a half dollar. I’ve gone back to using a mason jar and my phone for pics and a hand held magnifier when I want a closer look.
