This is probably your Andy Mein. There is only one Andrew Mein with a WWII era army enlistment record. The Ordnance Major's last name is going to be a challenge to decipher.

I’ve not had much luck deciphering the other signature. I even tried uploading it into an AI chat with no luck. I’ll keep at it and hopefully come back. Is anyone out there into genealogy that could potentially connect me to descendants of Andy Mein? I’d love to give them this note as a family heirloom, if they wanted it.
