What is this kind of mistake called?

In my opinion it don't seem to be environmental

It looks like it was caused by a strikethrough. Grease and debris probably built up in one of the recesses of the obverse die, and when it fell out onto an incoming planchet, it was struck into it. When the coin was ejected, the built-up grease and debris fell out.

One more thing, Since I save my odd coin finds... Would I put this under "strikethrough"? Is this the correct term? Thanks
