I have a modest amount of IHC's
Maybe 50 now.
I've had about 20 since I was 10 years old and bought them from a local coin shop for $0.10 ea that ship is now Long Gone.
I won a bay auction a few years ago for some random IHC and the seller didn't want to ship/ figured I didn't hit his target number.
I had to remind him he listed the lot and it's a binding contract as I was the high bidder.
I asked politely if I needed to get eBay involved?

He offered me my money back I declined and preferred that he ship them soon.
There were some nice cents in the lot but no 1908, so put me in the running if you will.

When I was very young, my grandma had an old copper pot she kept her Pennies in. When I started coin collecting 47 years ago she let me go through it and fill my book. I found an 1862 copper-nickel Indian head, that she let me have(still have it to this day). I wonder how long she had kept it, and when she had found it.
