Everyone here is well aware of cents struck on dime planchets, it's really pretty basic. They also know how to tell the difference between cent struck on a dime planchet and a normal cent that has been plated, this is also pretty basic.

This is the "What is it worth" section, not the "What is it" section. It is worth one cent. Please send it in and post the results.

Didn't GDJMSP state "steel planchets" (post from 2005)
and one replies with "silver dime planchet" does exist.

I don't think a steel (cent) planchet is the same as a dime planchet.
I don't understand what point was trying to be made?
