Making me want a set of the reverse proofs just to photo.

 

1802/1 $1 Narrow Date, AU58

 

I recently acquired these Libertas Americana commemorative coins from the France's mint. I know there have been many restrikes over the years, but I think this might be the first time it's been on an actual coin (though I am probably wrong lol). I love the representation of American Liberty. I hope the U.S. mint is able to produce the 2024 Flowing Hair Liberty coins despite the hurdles from the CCAC.

I already posted set 1 of the 2 Reverse Proof Peace and Morgan dollars. This is the second set.

 

I got a new slab for my slab collection. It even housed a pretty nice coin.

I’ve never seen a P01 in a small ANACS and the price was right.

 

Now that is a nice Bust dollar. Always wanted one of these but never got one. Yours was barely touched.

Out of curiosity where did you get it?

Got this one last week and it arrived on Native American Heritage Day . I won it at auction and thought I was getting a plain 5, but happily discovered a fancy 5 when I got it in-hand.

 

My latest...nothing special, but an actual 50 for a change.

 

1903 MS 65 Morgan. A nicely struck and blast white example. PQ too imo. It’s kinda nice to be buying/collecting again.
