Macedon AV Stater ND Magnesia on the Menander Mint Philip III Arrihaios 323-17BC/ under Regent Menander
All I can say, is WOW! The Gold Indian Coin is a favorite of mine. Most of them have been graded and the prices are high and out of my sight. Anyway, thanks for showing your Indian.
You can still find ungraded examples at places like APEX or better yet at liberty coin there prices tend to be a bit better.
Right there with you, and happy that the 1908 NM $20 is so easy to come by. Still no immediate plans for getting a 1907 $10, though.
Pardon the horrible photo, took it when I sent it to a dealer in London. It's in a vault with it's 33 Sovereign friends now so I'm not retaking a photo anytime soon. This won't excite American collectors because I tried to reach out to many in the US, they didn't know much about it. I'm in the US and part of my legacy passed down collection of English sovereigns. I got excited when I thought I'd stumbled onto a London mint for this King George which would be worth a fortune but sadly it was minted in Perth. 1917.
