Proof 65. Interesting how the obverse and reverse are weakly struck. Reverse weakness shows up in the partially struck N of CENTS. Obverse in the hair, the lower-most star, and particularly in the missing letters BER and partially T. You would think for a proof pattern that the Mint would have taken some extra care. Unless there's another explanation. If not for weak strike, I'd say it was PF-66.
