Well, my newest acquisition I found roll hunting. It's not anything special, but since it was only released in Mint Sets, I certainly didn't expect to find one in circulation. Any way it comes, I'll take it, lol!

I try and pick up the Bowers & Merena style Capital Plastics holders whenever they pop up.

 

Yes sir. I seldom buy because I hate paying retail. I got this from David kahn. Can't believe he didn't want more for this. I think in one of his auctions on eBay this would bring over a thousand.

 

Very happy to add this to my set. I’m now down to needing just five coins to complete the set.
NGC MS66.
I missed this coin at auction several months ago. It sold for more than I was willing to pay. It was in an older MS65 holder with green CAC. At some point since that sale the coin made it back to NGC where it got the one point upgrade and then wound up back at auction.
I was able to bet it for a little bit less than that last sale even with the one point upgrade.
Just goes to show what kind of premium an old holder with a CAC sticker can bring.

1921 ANACS MS64 Housed in a small white ANACS holder

 

Newp to add to the toned small anacs set. The Kennedy has been elusive to find until today.

 

Found a sibling to my 74 D small anacs.

 

I just couldn’t resist… it’s the O107 „1 over 1“ variety and is beautifully toned
