    Yes, due to the date it doesn't have the eagle, number in top right corner, or the words
    TWENTY USA
    USA TWENTY
    behind the department of the treasury seal.
    It also doesn't' have the number 20 all over the back.

    I don't know, I am going to have to find a 20 on the internet and check. I don't collect or know anything about paper money. It was just odd to find such a crisp 25 year old bill in circ.

    Definitely draws your attention..
    I was looking at a ink smear 1969 dollar bill today. Are they very valuable.
    20 -30 bucks too much? It was very crisp.

    Just a face value bill. These can still be had at the bank for face in really good condition. As for the ink in the lower left corner it came from a marker.
