    Any time the third printing is printed over the second printing it is a note worth keeping. The degree of offset and condition dictate the price. You definitely have a keeper. Especially because it is a ten spot where there are less printed. Here is a single with a severe third printing offset. I don't understand why they call it only a third printing when there is definitely a fourth printing as well. It is obvious that the serial numbers and treasury seal, and the bank seal and corresponding numbers, are not printed at the same time.
