Anybody have any of the 10 or 20 New Peso ringed bi-metallic coins from '93 to '95 or '96 with the .925 silver center? I'm surprised to find that they circulated as long as they did. Hoping to pick one of each in BU this weekend when I head down to Colo. Springs for a show there.
I did have one of the 20 Neuvos Pesos (as they're correctly called in Mexican Spanish) in my collection.My boss & I have got most of my non-British Commonwealth coins sitting there in a bag at work that haven't been looked through. Aidan.
They do look nice when they're BU, but once they circulate, the brass gets a little ugly, not unlike Sac's and Prez dollars. Well, if I pick some up, I'll post pics for sure.
