1977 possible full step des? just found in roll also date look doubled?

So im unsure if this is one has doubling on the 7 in the date or if its worthless doubling, and on the reverse it has all steps so to me i say its possible for an FS designation but im no expert so i would love to hear what yall thinik. pics are with microscope/Loop/phone camera.

The 5th step is weak under the 3rd pillar.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if it had Full Steps before it was spent a couple years ago. This isn't too rare for the date with about 5% of mint set coins being FS. Services will grade only MS-60 and above coins as FS no matter how sharp the steps are.

The coin is probably mint set but I don't recall having seen the funny 7 before.

 

The relentless quest for fame and fortune has got a death grip on this hobby now.

 

And now in the next generation of know it all's. Hate to say it, just that we are the ones left trying to pass it to the next generation.
