Philippines 20 centimos: Am I missing something?

    This is among the coins I recently bought at my LCS. This seems to be 1880 Philippines 20 centimos, which shows a mintage of 70,000 and a VF value of $400. Since I'm not usually that lucky, it makes me think I missed something and there's another version or something. Anyone know about these?     That's great. I don't know exactly what I paid but I guess they just estimated the silver value so probably six or seven bucks.
