    The coin you posted looks to be a gaming token. Here are three different examples of such tokens from my collection.
    If you google search "King George gaming tokens" you should find much information about them.
    Please excuse the brief words used in my first post. I should have explained more info with that post, I'm not sure why "rte" thought to research the coins I posted, but I do think he had some fun with his research.:cat:
