2016 atb kentucky quarter, need help please

    I have a 2016 america the beautiful (atb) kentucky quarter. Does anyone know of any toning issues? Or anything? I looked at previous years on washingtons face and they are shiny mine is not. Also, on the reverse from previous years are shiny mine is not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Its like it has a satin finish to the whole quarter. Ive never seen one like it before
