If anyone here has seen my posts before you'll know I am an avid collector of shillings and this set was a very rewarding and tough beast to complete. I started the set on March 8th of 2020 and have just now finished. The James II was my last purchase to complete it as he is a very difficult monarch to pin down. Certainly outside his brass coinage struck in Ireland. The GVI issue was surprisingly difficult to find nice considering how common and recent they are. I've still not found an Elizabeth II that matches the vibe of the rest of the group but it'll do for now. Few upgrades to be had in the future but overall I find it a very aesthetically pleasing set.

Really nice set and impressive coins. Lot of work (aka pleasure, in this case) to put it together. I'm working on a British crown set, and it's slow going.
