Here is a lovely one from my collection. Feel free to post your rolls from the smallest to the biggest denomination.
Every time when I am just one second away from opening this roll my heart beginns to beat and then it feels wrong to destroy it.
God, I'd hear that thing chanting "Open me, open me, open me" every minute of the day. You have some serious will power!
Back when I was 15, I got some uncirculated 1975-P&D Lincoln cent rolls, and a 1974 the teller had and never opened. I wish I had the money and know-how to send all of these to PCGS looking for a MS68. As soon as I got them home I put them in these plastic roll holders without touching them, that they have been in since 1975. Wonder if I should have left them in the original paper bank wrappers? - too late now to worry about that!!
That's an easy open job... you could go through that roll and have it back together, with no one the wiser, in less than five minutes. This would, of course, defeat the purpose of holding it as an original roll though...
