Gratian difficult to pin down

I think this is a Gratian with mint mark TES. I can't seem to get any farther than that with it. Help appreciated.

I think the thing that might help is if you ID and match the reverse legend against the issues from Thesolonica. Many have officina marks in left and/or right fields.
