I have had this coin for some time and it came to me as :-
Phocis Federal Coinage c.354-352 B.C. Onymarchos, Magistrate.
    Obv. Bull's head facing, .
Rev. Legend in three lines, all within laurel wreath.
    AE16.3mm., 4.56gm
    BCD Lokris 301, SNG Cop.131 (O)

To my eye, the obverse has diademed female head to right, with letters behind, while the reverse has (possibly) CHL-MYAI in two lines within wreath.

Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm that this coin is PHOCIS Federal Coinage.

    Any assistance is appreciated, please?

Hmm! Yeah for sure the obverse does not look like a facing bull.

Now I am no expert but I think your info is for a different coin entirely. I can't read the lettering on your coin.
Where did you get it? Did you get others at that time and get your inserts mixed up between two coins?

I find SNG Cop 131 relating to

    Sear 3638
Pontus, Amisus AE26. 2nd century BC. Youthful bust of Mithras (or Mithradates?) right, wearing pointed Persian head-dress with long ear pieces / AMI-ΣOY, quiver with strap. Malloy 12; SNG BMC Black Sea 1135-1138; SNG Stancomb 669; SNG Cop 131; SNG von Aulock 57-58; Laffaille 414; RecGen 13.

I am just guessing but us that maybe Artemis on the obverse?

    @The Meat man, & @TheNickelGuy
    Thanks, guys for your input.

    Q. Were bronze coins made in the 'likeness' of silver coins in the 4th Century B.C.?
If so, then my coin (could be) similar to . . . (from C.N.G.) but in bronze?
    Thoughts, please?

Possibly not Artemis. More likely to be "Laureate Head of Apollo", as found on this coin from Lydia, Sardes.

I now think the head facing right could be Persephone.
