I have looked while I can't make out every letter & some are missing. Theres no sequence that even looks like its on there.
With that I gotta get ready for work. Will look into it more this evening. I'm no morning person.

Give me some break time reading. Educate me explain or provide links as to the difference in the 2 with or without piav.
Would love to sit here & learn but I'm off to work. I don't claim to know everything & welcome a schooling

Interesting......I never noticed the PIAV variety before....

So Victorinus was a 'Piavvonii??? Like Caesar was a Julii??

    Smojo,
Your Victorinus Ant has an outstanding reverse. These are often mushy, weak, not at all robust or as in the case of my Postumus Ant, Pax looks like Olive Oyl. Great score and thanks for posting.

Is it really that big of a difference?
Ok. It seemed to me like you were saying it was a bad thing. I'm not a morning person you kinda caught me off guard with your comment. So if I seemed offensive I apologize.

I would think the PIAV coin would be scarcer than the IMP C only coin and the PIAVVONIVS would be much scarcer. It is a nice coin and the addition of PIAV makes it more appealing. I was pointing it out as a positive attribute to a very nice coin.

Thanks maridvnvm. If anything you made me do some research & I learned from it. I had no idea & likey wouldn't have known otherwise. Still learning ancient coins, haven't been collecting them long. I have years & 100''s of early moderns & world coin's still don't know everything about those.

Fully struck Victorinus, and the two Tetricus' are tough to find. Nice get.

I picked up a nice on but haven't had a chance to photo it. As soon as I do I'll upload. It's RIC 126, Salus rev., fully struck on obverse and reverse. I'm happy.
