That's why you list them a few 100/1000 at a time.

I once bought a delinquent safety deposit auction that had 4000 in the lot.
All nice shape and I got the lot for face value free shipping + (1.5% back on my credit card )
I asked a coin dealer friend if they were worth anything and he said nope SPENDEM.
I looked and searched all over and found the same face value so SPENDEM.
I cashed them in at the local casino.
A few months later I see they are bringing 2x face on ebA???
I just rolled my eyes guess I was a bit early.

Still today you can find some people who are spending more than face in ebA lots.

Friday I got a 1965 in change. Amazes me how many 65s and 66s are still circulating but they made a bunch of them because they knew the pre-65s were going to be hoarded.
