Is this 89 Carson City undergraded?

    Maybe its my elderly eyes, but this coin looks like it may be better than VF. There even appears to be quite a bit of luster on the observe if im not mistaken.
    What are your thoughts on the grade of this?

    They normally miss the grade of their listed fakes; my question back at Ya is if it looks genuine? 3 reverse VAMs for the date:

    NGC lists a VF at $1,900 USD. I would be suspicious…Spark

    …and NumisMedia/FMV lists a VF at $2,090.00 USD! Fishy smell here.
