My gut instinct on the portrait is Antoninus Pius, but of course I could be wrong. Can you get a clearer photo of what's left of the obverse legends?
Sometimes it is a little clearer after wetting with distilled water. The legend is a bit more readable when wet.
I believe you can call this as an RPC of Commodus. It wasn't clear until the last photo, but I can read the following the legend on either side of the legend break above the bust: [M] AYPH - KO... for Marcus Aurelius Commodus Unfortunately, I doubt you'll get much farther than that. Conceivably diameter might help, but I doubt it (beyond describing it), as there were many mints with a similar bust type for Commodus and AVPH or AYPH before the legend break.
