    Flying Eagle Cents are tough to find with an error. It's humble but still counts.

    It's a PCGS MS-65

    This one is an NGC MS-64. PCGS bounced it back to me a body bag 20+ years ago for "questionable toning." My feeling on the graders who did that was that they saw a matchbook cover that said "Learn coin grading at home" and took the course.
