    Illinois, reluctantly :p (home state) but it has Lincoln on it, so that is a plus :)...Arkansas is fairly nice too

    2003 was a good year, I think all 5 were nice designs for their state. If I'm forced to pick, then I pick Missouri and the Corps Of Discovery.
