Almost certainly not. The VDB on the shoulder is incuse and so is created by raised letters on the die. If a die is overpolished the initials can be removed. Several dates are well known for this such as the 1998. For the most part coisnfrom overpolished dies do not command a premium. (One exception being the 1937 D three legged buffalo nickel. Another the 1922 "plain" cent.)
