How much rotation is this. 45°-50°?

I’ve heard you can’t tell which was rotated. But in the hobby people tend to go rotated reverse and CCW with the rotation

Did an overlay believe it’s 70° CCW rotation.

Angle doesn't matter right or left it is better than the mint tolerance of about 15 degrees.
