I'm calling this a token. I don't know what it really is? It's in a cellophane wrapper that has Roger Williams, Providence, R.I. printed on it. I basically got it for nothing. I thought someone from Connecticut might want it. I'm sure that it's aluminum, and would be shocked if it was worth anything. So, if you want it, let me know, and you can find out if it's worth anything, lol. Thanks, Kenneth
Thank you, that's more praise then I deserve, I think? I'm not sure there is much value in it, but, when I saw it in the half price box, I figured that someone from Connecticut would like to have it, just because it was from their state. I collect things that are of little value, just because it came from Louisiana. Now that I think about it, I have many more things of little value, than things of value, lol. But, I've not discovered anyone from Connecticut, so I finally listened to a fellow CT member, that knows far more than me, and posted it "free to a good home". I'm thrilled to be able to pass it on, to a GREAT home. I've really enjoyed SensibleSal's posts, and hope it puts a smile on his face when he gets it. Hey, it's about his state, Connecticut!
It’s not always about the value of a coin. It’s about the generosity which adds to its true value. So few are givers these days. It just warms the receiver’s heart. And you’re giving joy. But Sal as a friend. Be ready
Well, we'll have to correspond through texts and emails. We would have to have an interpreter if we ever tried to talk on the phone, because I seriously doubt that he could understand SW Louisiana Redneck lingo, and certainly not with my country accent, not that I have any of the above mentioned, of course, lol. English was a "foreign" language to me! But, I love to meet new people and I love a challenge. Wonder if Sal does, lol.
Hey, I'm impressed. You know the word "y'all". But, do you that "y'all" is singular? "All y'all" is plural. Don't worry none, though. I'll larn you real good how to speak the language. You'll forget" all about dangling participles and such nonsense. LOL. Take care, my friend, Peace & Blessings, Kenneth
