Ancients collectors' FUN show 2017 Roll Call

This was touched on in the other coin show thread but I thought I'd make a formal thread for this. Who will be attending the FUN show in Ft. Lauderdale from Jan 5-8, 2017? I definitely will be making an effort to be there, and will soon begin to save up for it.

The following members (besides myself) I know that have already announced that they are going:

Just look for the pudgy Cuban wearing @TIF 's coin tie, and you will find me there.

If you are still having trouble locating me at the show, pretend to slip on the floor and mention that your back hurts, then look up... and you will find me there holding a neck brace in one hand and a retainer contract in the other. That one never fails. Lawyers are like sharks, except that instead of blood, they can smell money a mile away.

Anyway, as we get close to the show I'll share my cellphone with those who are interested so we can arrange a meeting at the show for the cointalk ancient forum members.

 

I will be there unless something really major gets in the way.

 

So, if we do a get together, is @ValiantKnight buying the first round of beer?

Careful might take you up on that - might be the difference in a $400 coin vs a $4 coin.

 

So, who's buying the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4rth rounds of beer? That's all I'm interested in. I promise I'll buy the 5th if we ever get that far. What a generous individual I am, right? And humble too!

The first 4 rounds will be soda, the fifth, on you, will be the most expensive Scotch Whiskey money can buy.

 

Make mine a nice Ardbeg. On second thought, any Islay will do.

 

I am a 18yr Single Malt Scotch guy, and finish with a good Cognac XO (or Armagnac...)

 

Expensive? I hope you guys like wine in a box then. I intend to see most of my money go towards ancients, and not entertainment.

I'm a newbie to the site and to Ancients. Live in South Florida and hope to see what a FUN show is all about.

There may be some new members coming on board Coin Talk over the summer and fall, so we can send out another roll call in December?

 

Yeah, either that or I'll just ressurect this thread. Just wanted an idea right now as to who is going/might go.
