HE Harris & Co. Fralin Half Folder with 2 1951 Holes?

    So I bought this Franklin collection and noticed the folder it was in has two holes for 1951, then a D and S hole for 1951 as well. The Collector had even put two 1951s in the two holes. Looking at other albums and folders, there is only one 1951 hold in those. Anyone know why this folder would have two holes for 1951?

    Typo and was supposed to be a 50 D?

    Yeah, gorsh durn it, there's supposed to be a spot for the 1950-D, that's cool. Premium I guess.

    I'll be darned, never saw that there was no 50-D marked opening, and I even looked at my Dansco!!
    Like @smarch wrote - premium? or just an interesting item to display/sell?
