The 5oz ATB quarters were made in two varieties: bullion (business strike but many are prooflike or even deep mirror prooflike) and a special uncirculated (has almost a matte finish). None were proof (although some of the bullion do have strong mirrors).

They are some special satin thing. Not proof. Still they where expensive. Meow thinks like $140-240 depending on the price of silver. Meow was actually relived when the Tuskegee airmen one came out. It meant Meow could finally rest.
