Lucky devil, and lovely indeed. You get the prize for uploading the first example....I love (gonna take some flack, but I don't care) the laser etching on the devices....congrats dear fellow.

Arrived yesterday, Peace due Monday.

 

I received 2 peace dollars yesterday. It appears one has a strike thru. Any thoughts?

The etching on these is particularly bad. Mint is paying absolutely no attention to customer complaints about it, and in fact appears to be making it even worse.

The laser frosting on the proof Morgan an Peace dollars are pretty bad. The UNC coins actually have better device details.

 

Like scotch, the laser etching is an acquired taste. Get used to it........they ain't going back.

My Morgan is out for delivery, peace proof still processing. SMH. Yea quality control used to be a standard, the reason for a proof, now it's just a business to sell to suckers, but it was that way all along. Looking at the photos, thanks. I think the true pr70 is going to be the rare ones this year? However will bulk cheap submission hack that. Really just thinking, enjoying the weather, outside.

 

I don’t plan on being happy to pay more for lesser quality.
