    I can not tell if it is real or fake but in my 2016 Krause catalog I can give you the information on the coin.
    China Kwangtung province. Y#201, ND(1890-1908) .800 silver, weight-5.50 g. 0r 0.1415 oz.
    grade/value 2016 Krause catalog
    VG8-$5.00 F12-$10.00 VF20-$15.00 XF40-$35.00 MS60-$100.00
    Krause values may differ from real life values.
    not sure what your coin grade is ?

    Unfortunately a fake. If you can read Chinese, the reverse says that it's from Hupeh (Hubei) Province. Such mules are just either excessively rare or mules by counterfeiters. The details are also slightly off, which is another sign of counterfeit. Value? Scrap metal. Don't think it's struck in silver either.

    Chinese fakes among others were talked about a lot at ANA Coin Camp. US Large cents are being faked with alacrity by using a heavily worn original. It seems that someone is using the host coin, then sandwiching it with a fake cover. This seems to bring the underlying design up and voila...an NC whatever is created. Very scary stuff.
