Unfortunately no and no. The hook of the 9 would point more towards the 7 on the small date. You could also check the strength of LIBERTY on the left of Lincoln. The small date has a much weaker ERTY than the large date.
Sorry Charles, both are large dates. I thought i had a small date about a week ago too, and got shot down. Sometimes they can be deceiving. I have a feeling once I finally find a small date, Ill know it FOR SURE. Just like most Doubled Dies are obvious when you find one.
