Mint error or circulation damage?

    You can see the predominant like on top of the 9 and the 7 is distorded as well. What is this? What could it be worth? IMG_0024.jpg IMG_5026.jpg

    It could be worth a fat cent, but it's damaged. Post mint damage. I look for "raised weirdness" in the metal on coins when checking for errors. Good luck!
