Oddly enough I have nicer silly and booby heads for this date... The head of 38 is just a bit harder to come by (at least in the $20 range lol) so seeing this for 22 i pulled the trigger... The funny part is I have a 29.99 bid in on a much nicer one, but I don't think there is any chance in hell I'll get it for that price lol... still hunting for a plain cord/head of 36 but I'll get that about the same time as my proof 95 morgan So here we go.. 1839, head of 38 (beaded cord) I'm quite happy for 22....
Nice PU Matt! I Love the 1839 series. I have a "Booby Head" that I "dug" Metal Detecting somewhere in my collection. $22 isn't bad either I guess. All mine are dug. Strange, huh? Here's the difference between the varieties.
I'm gonna give it it's own post, but I won the other 39 for 29 after all lol (shocked me as it's in fairly decent condition)
