Is this a 2005 Kansas Quarter "IN GOD WE RUST" Error?

    The O has the same look at the T though, so I guess it would technically be "IN G D WE RUST".... You can still see the letters though, so I wasn't sure.

    Die Deterioration issue. Struck through grease.
    It shouldn't have a premium IMHO

    The two letters are just a little weakly struck due to grease/debris partly filling the incuse part of the die. Sometimes the letter is completely obscured
