This came out of a self-check machine at the store. These aren't that rare as far as buying them, I doubt if they show up in circulation that often.

I can buy them at my LCS in used condition but still nice for about $2.00-$2.50 each and sell them in my antique shop for a nice profit. They always sell.
I've never even heard of them. I don't collect currency except to keep them in my pocket for those events that I can't use my credit card.

I do, I really do but Barr notes are fairly common so I put my money into other types of notes, especially error notes.
